Assessment inputs. The profile details you enter into the eligibility tool: study level, percentage, budget band, nationality, English status, study gap, funds, dependents, intake. These are not personally identifying on their own.

Contact details. When you ask for your full eligibility report or a manual assessment, your name and email, and your phone number only if you choose to provide it for a callback.

Technical and usage data. A session identifier, timestamps, and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics about page performance and visits.

To generate your confidence-tiered eligibility verdict, to follow up with the personally-reviewed options you requested, and to improve the accuracy of our assessment logic over time. If you opt in, we may follow up to learn your final application outcome, which makes future verdicts more accurate.

Submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet and sent to our team by email (Google) so a person can review your profile. The website runs on Vercel; its analytics are first-party and cookieless. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to agents who will cold-call you. If you later choose to apply through ThinkPassage, the details needed to process that application are shared with our application partner solely to submit it on your behalf. You are told before that step happens.

Phone number is optional. Sharing your final application outcome is optional. You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time by emailing connect@thinkpassage.com.

We keep assessment and contact data only as long as it is useful for helping you and improving accuracy, and we remove it on request.
